Terms & Conditions

It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order it is understood that you have agreed to the terms and conditions and that you have read and understood the section titled returns policy.

 

Dealer status and authenticity:

 

We are not an authorised dealer for brands featured on this site. All watches featured on this site have been fully inspected by industry professionals and our own watchmakers and are 100% authentic. We act as agents for our customers in the purchase of watches ordered.

 

 

Definition of terms:

 

Brand new: these watches are sourced from authorised dealers and supplied with the manufacturers international warranty and all associated packing, instruction manuals and paperwork.

Pre-owned: these watches have previously been owned. All pre-owned watches have been fully inspected and authenticated prior to sale and carry a minimum 1-year service warranty unless there is a balance of the original maufacturers warranty outstanding.

 

By leaving or sending your watch it is understood that you are in agreeance with our terms and conditions.

 

Estimates are based on an initial inspection. We reserve the right to re-estimate if additional parts and or work is required. All parts consumed will be retained and not returned at our discretion.

 

Watches fitted with custom and / or aftermarket casing parts will not be guaranteed water resistant at any time.

 

Water resistance is not a permanent condition and is subject to many variables. A water resistance guarantee will be issued at our discretion upon completion of servicing or other works and is subject to the correct usage of your watch in accordance with all the manufactures recommendations.

 

We offer a twelve month and for some watch brands a twenty four month service warranty. In the event of a fault covered by the warranty we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts required and or rectify the fault as identified by our workshop. This warranty will be invalid if any work or intervention is carried out on your watch by a third party not authorised by us. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to ageing also including straps, batteries and normal deterioration.

 

As part of a service the timing and accuracy of your watch will be adjusted and tested so as to return your watch with a performance at or as close to the original manufactures specification. It is understood that as a normal condition of ageing accuracy and tolerances may decline so that it may not be possible to return your watch with a performance expected of a new watch. This is a normal consequence of wear and tear for which this company cannot be held responsible.

 

It is understood that from time to time parts and materials may break or fail during the normal repair or servicing process. Whilst we work to the highest industry standards we cannot accept liability for such breakages whilst your watch is in our care as they are beyond our control and could not be reasonably foreseen.

 

We make every reasonable effort to notify customers at the completion of the repair. We assume no responsibility for merchandise that is not claimed within three months following the completion and notification of the repair. The customer acknowledges and agrees that merchandise not claimed within this timeframe may at our discretion be disposed of or sold without liability to the customer.

 

We accept payment by cash (upto the maximum permitted amount covered by government guidance), bank transfer also credit and debit cards (where accepted by this company). Goods will only be shipped or supplied once cleared funds have been received. Goods will only be shipped to the registered address of the card holder. Goods will only be supplied or shipped once all of our security proceedures and checks have been undertaken.

 

Deliveries are made within the UK only using Royal Mail special delivery service. A signature is needed for receipt of the goods at the registered delivery address. If no one is available when the carrier attempts delivery the carrier may leave a calling card for you to arrange delivery or alternativly you may need to collect your goods from your local delivery office.

 

Delivery of goods will be completed when the goods have been delivered to the registered address provided and a signature received whether from yourself or from a member of the household.

 

We will not be held liable for any dely in delivery of the goods that is cause by any event outside our control.

 

All watches shown are held in stock, however, there may be an occasion when goods paid for can not be shipped as we are a multi channel retailer and the goods may have been sold by other means or one of our outlets. Should this occur we will arrange for a a refund to be actioned as soon as is reasonably possible.
